New Sandpoint Air Service Begins June 7, 2004

SANDPOINT, Idaho (May 12, 2004) — The Sandpoint Air Service Committee today confirms that air service to Sandpoint from Boise and Seattle will begin on June 7. McCall Air, of McCall, Idaho, will provide the service with one round trip to Boise and one round trip to Seattle’s Boeing Field each day of scheduled service. Flights will be offered on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

“We are thrilled that air service is starting in early June,” said Ron Nova, Sandpoint businessman and chairman of the Sandpoint Air Service Committee. “Our community and local businesses will reap tremendous rewards by opening up the air corridors between Sandpoint and Seattle and Sandpoint and Boise.” The Sandpoint Air Service Committee successfully negotiated an agreement to provide regular air service with longstanding Idaho-based aviation company, McCall Air.
