Last Chance to Buy Discounted Sandpoint Flights Pledge Period
Ends May 7 for Seattle and Boise Scheduled Air Service

McCall Aviation plans to fly the 9-passenger Cessna Caravan, one of the most reliable and versatile airplanes, between Sandpoint and the cities of Boise and Seattle.

SANDPOINT, Idaho (April 21, 2004) - The Sandpoint Air Service Committee and McCall Air will soon begin scheduled air service from Sandpoint to Seattle and from Sandpoint to Boise. To launch this exciting new service, customers have the chance to fund pledges for deeply discounted tickets. The period for funding of pledges ends May 7, 2004.

In celebration of the new service, "pre-sales" are being taken for flights at discounted prices. "Once we close the pledge program, the regular fare will be higher," said Ron Nova, Chairman of the Sandpoint Air Service Committee, "The sooner we collect the necessary $270,000 in funded pledges, the sooner the service can begin. All funds need to be collected at least 30 days before the initiation of service."

"This initiative cannot happen without the support of our community," states Rich Faletto, Sandpoint Air Service Committee member. "We thank all those who have pledged already and shown their support," Faletto continued.

"We are thrilled that the new service is about to begin. Initially, service will begin with a 9- passenger Cessna Caravan and will provide scheduled round trips to Boise and to Seattle on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays" announced Dan Scott, president of McCall Air. "We fully expect business levels will warrant additional flights in the future, and we will expand service as rapidly as possible to meet the needs of our customers," he continued.

For more detailed information and to make your pledge, visit the Air Service Committee website, www.flysandpoint.com or contact Sandy Davis, representative of the Air Service Committee at (208) 255-1145 or cell (208) 661-0945. The website provides answers to questions and allows customers to print the air service agreement. Agreements and checks can be mailed or dropped off in person at the Sandpoint airport office or the Beach House restaurant in Sandpoint.
